Gaffney Park Slope Stabilization
Ground Force Foundations supplied and installed soil nails to reinforce the existing slope in this tight residential area of Toronto. This project involved careful planning to ensure the safe installation on this slope with various pieces of equipment. The soil nails were installed well into the stable slope line and secured a layer of geogrid to tieback the existing slope. Upon completion the slope was covered with topsoil and hydro seeded to allow plant growth to cover the black geogrid.
