Industrial Machine Support Woodstock

This project involved the design, supply and installation of helical piles to support several proposed machine bases inside an existing manufacturing facility. A combination of vertical and battered piles were used to support large vertical and lateral loads as a result of the proposed equipment. The use of helical piles allowed the based to be supported by a shallow raft slab which eliminated the need for time consuming and expensive shoring that would have been required for a deeper spread footing.
