Southwestern Ontario Industrial Facility Support

Ground Force Foundations was selected to design, test, supply and install helical piles to support this industrial facility located on very poor soil conditions in Southwestern Ontario. Two full scale preproduction compression and tension load tests were completed in order to verify the pile capacity was sufficient. Various below grade obstructions were encountered during the pile installation process. Our team worked closely with the consultant to delineate the affected areas and provide efficient solutions that resulted in no delays to the foundation crews.
