Ground Force Foundations was selected to supply and install helical piles to support this new 4m wide, elevated AODA compliant fibre glass boardwalk at the Toronto Zoo. Our team also completed the installation of the required galvanized cross bracing which provided additional lateral support. The pile installation and construction of the boardwalk was completed during winter month so that it could be in use during the start of the warmer spring and summer months.
