Ground Force Foundations provided a design build solution to support this large residential structure with a helical pile foundation system. A deep foundation was required as the soil conditions at this location were unsuitable for a conventional shallow footing. Upon completion the equipment was required to be lifted out of the site with a crane due to site restrictions.
